1000T Wheat Silo Project is built in North Island, New Zealand 2015, which is used to store raw wheat.

· Capacity: 250T*2

· Storage Grain: Imported Clean Australian Wheat

· Application: For 160T/24hrs Wheat Flour Mill Plant

· Transmission Flow: Raw Wheat→Elevator 1→Pre-Clean Machine→Elevator 2→Corridor on Silo Top→Conveyor 1→Silo→Conveyor 2→Milling Section.

· Inside System: Ventilation and temperature measurement system, PLC system.

Every Silo is assembled by many galvanized plates, jointed together by bolts, there’re also strengthen steel spine inside to make sure silo stable. Besides bolts, we use special glue to connect each galvanized plates, this ensure no one drop rain can get inside. Wheat can store for longer time.

It used to store corn and soya beans, they use corn to make animal feed and soya beans to make oil. Since it is a turn key plant, we design, produce and intall it for our client.

Assembled with temperature measuring device, once inner temperature exceeds set degree, operator can turn on the fan below to lower it down.
